Nestled within a bustling neighborhood, the location was quite convenient for accessing both the airport and Seoul. In terms of value, this hotel strikes a decent balance; I found it reasonably priced given the amenities on offer. The room was clean and spacious, and I appreciated the fact that it looked exactly like the online pictures. Housekeeping was efficient, and the staff were incredibly helpful, even if their English wasn't perfect. They communicated clearly with gestures, which I found quite accommodating. Generous towels and complimentary toiletries were a nice touch, making my stay more comfortable. One highlight was the good Wi-Fi, perfect for a photographer like me needing to upload images. I also enjoyed the shared kitchen facilities, allowing me to prepare my own meals and save a bit on dining. While it felt a tad intimidating at night, the area proved safe overall. For travelers seeking a practical base with essential comforts without breaking the bank, Cacao provides respectable value.
